These are temporary business hours specifically for answering messages, scheduling appointments, and taking product orders.

Actual appointment times are Tuesday - Saturday from morning to evening.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We are currently accepting all major credit cards for services and product orders. You may also pay in-person using Zelle, Venmo* (send to @SkinbyKarina), and Cash. *Please note that you will incur a $4 transaction fee if you pay using Venmo.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require you give no less than a 48hrs notice. If you are past the 48hr window you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. You will not be able to book a future appointment until paid.​

No Show/No Call: If you do not call and/or do not show at the time of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total and will not be able to book a future appointment until paid.

Late Grace Period: There is a late grace period of 7 minutes. If you're past the 7min window, I may not be able to see you and you will be charged a $50 late fee. You will not be able to book a future appointment until paid.​ If you are running late, please communicate with us ASAP. We might be able to work something out.

I really value my clients' time and ask the same of my clients. We are regularly booked out months in advance. Thank you for understanding.
